- Chef: Tony Ooi – Tony Ooi, was born in Ipoh Malaysia. He had shown his enthusiam to cooking since fourteen years of age. He came here in Australia to fullfill his ambition, to be a chef. His creativity and passion in cooking gave him the chance to win many awards such as Restaurant of the year in 1996 and 1997, Excellence in Hospitality Award in 1998 and Inducted in the wall of Fame in 1999. He also became a part of World’s Famous Chef event in Hongkong in year 2005 and had been awarded an honoured member of Famous Chef Committee.
