- Chef: Kane – Kane’s father owned an Izakaiya in Tokyo so all of his life has involved traditional training in Japanese Sushi cooking.
Takafumi – Takafumi trained in Japan as a traditional Japanese chef. He worked on the Gold Coast for many years as a Japanese chef. He is O-Sushi`s original Hot Food Chef.
