Nick Omeros continues the tradition with the support his son John Omeros, who trained through the Sheraton hotel and helps to oversee the Restaurant with valued restaurant manager of 22 years Robert Rank, who was first employed by Angelo and Nick at the Paragon Seafood Restaurant at Burleigh Heads.
Robert honours and maintains the standards of management and service set by his surrogate “father†and mentor, the late Angelo Omeros. Robert and John welcome hundreds of long time customers many of whom have become friends and also makes hundreds of new customers feel at home.
